These are just 4 different combinations that we created using the FILL LIGHT, KEY LIGHT and BACK LIGHT. We used these to see the different effects it would casue on the character, so we know exaclty what ones we would use in our project if we wanted to use any.
We were thinking of using just the key light on our ghost character as it emphasises just the characters features whilst keeping the background pretty dark and natural which is the look we were going for! And it also makes the shot look rather dramatic and mysterious which would add to the tension and scary-ness of it.
For our main character who is just a normal person, we would use a combination of the fill and key light as it makes the scenary seem natural yet it still focus' on the characters features to make them stand out without looking to un-natural which is perfect for our filming!
